Welcome to M&M Aquatic Centre LTD operating as The Aquatic Centre in Limassol, Cyprus. We are committed to offering safe, enjoyable, and memorable diving experiences. These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Customer”) and us (the “Dive Centre”). By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1. Bookings & Payments
- Guided dives: No deposit is required unless otherwise stated. Full payment is due on the day of diving, before the activity begins.
- Courses & experiences: Some courses require advance payment (e.g. PADI eLearning). eLearning fees are non-refundable once issued.
- Certification: All divers must present proof of certification appropriate for the activity. Without valid certification, participation is only possible through a training program or Introduction Dive under instructor or divemaster supervision.
- Groups: For bookings of more than 4 people, we may require a deposit. If group numbers decrease, the original booking amount will still apply and deposits for cancelled places are non-refundable.
2. Medical & Fitness
- Courses: A medical questionnaire must be completed before starting any scuba course. If any answers indicate a medical condition, a valid doctor’s approval is required before training can begin.
- Guided dives: A medical form is not required. However, by booking with us, divers confirm they are in good general health and would be able to pass a standard scuba medical questionnaire without requiring a doctor’s approval, or they must present a valid doctor’s approval before the start of the activity. By booking a guided dive, divers confirm they are fit to dive and capable of completing the activity safely.
- ReActivate / Refresher: We recommend a PADI ReActivate course for divers who have not dived for 12 months or longer. If a diver chooses not to complete a refresher, our staff will assess their readiness at the dive site. If they are found unfit to dive, the dive will be aborted with no refund.
- 4 E-D, Georgiou A, Potamos Yermasoyias, Limassol , 4047. +357 25 313208
- On-site assessment: Our instructors and divemasters have the right to assess a diver’s ability at any time. If a diver is unable to descend, uses air unusually quickly, fails to follow staff instructions, or cannot safely continue, they may be returned to the boat/shore early. No refund will be provided in such cases.
- Post-dive travel: The Dive Centre strongly recommends leaving at least 24 hours between your last dive and flying or for trips to the Troodos Mountains or other high-altitude areas.

- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and for the proper care and use of any rented equipment.
